The guided recovery journey

Assess. Treat. Rebuild.

Care begins with understanding, develops through purposeful treatment and opens into progressive rehabilitation—so the plan keeps moving with you.

01 Assess

Understand the whole picture.

A detailed starting point helps connect what you feel with how you move, what you need and where you want to go.

  • Detailed case history
  • Physical and movement assessment
  • Posture, function and goals
  • Clear explanation
  • Individual plan

02 Treat

Treatment with purpose.

Care remains connected to your functional goals, with hands-on osteopathic treatment where appropriate and reassessment as you progress.

  • Consent-led care
  • Hands-on treatment where appropriate
  • Treatment connected to functional goals
  • Reassessment rather than passive treatment alone

  • Rebuilding strength
  • Movement confidence

Where does Jen practise?

Jen offers appointments at Fortify Pilates in Edenbridge on Wednesdays and Fridays, and at The Cedars Practice in Caterham-on-the-Hill on Thursdays. Online rehabilitation enquiries are also welcome.

How do I book?

Edenbridge appointments use Jen’s online appointment calendar. Caterham appointments are booked through The Cedars Practice. The booking page explains each destination before you leave this website.

What is the difference between an initial and follow-up appointment?

The initial Edenbridge appointment allows time for a detailed case history, physical and movement assessment, an explanation of the findings, and treatment where appropriate. Follow-up appointments review progress and develop treatment or rehabilitation according to your needs.

What happens during a first appointment?

Jen will listen to your history and goals, assess relevant movement and physical findings, explain the proposed approach, ask for consent, and discuss treatment and rehabilitation guidance where appropriate.
