How I help

Osteopathy that looks beyond the treatment room.

Assessment, hands-on treatment where appropriate and progressive rehabilitation are connected around your goals—not treated as separate parts of care.

One connected approach

Assess what matters. Treat with purpose. Rebuild progressively.

Osteopathy here begins with a detailed conversation and physical assessment. Jen considers symptoms alongside movement, function, everyday demands and the activities you hope to regain.

Hands-on treatment may be used where appropriate and with consent. Rehabilitation then develops the strength, tolerance and confidence needed to move toward meaningful goals.

This is not a promise of a particular outcome. It is a structured, individual process that is reviewed as you progress.

Assess

Understand the presentation

History, movement, physical findings and goals are considered together.

Treat

Choose appropriate care

Consent-led hands-on treatment can be used when it supports the agreed plan.

Rebuild

Develop capacity

Exercise and loading progress toward strength, function and movement confidence.

Review

Adapt as you progress

Reassessment keeps the plan connected to how you respond and what you need next.

Who might this approach suit?

It may suit active adults and people who want a clearer bridge between symptom-focused care and returning to fuller activity.

  • People recovering after an injury or operation
  • People returning to running, lifting, hiking or everyday movement
  • People discharged from standard care without a clear route back to full activity
  • People living with persistent pain or reduced confidence in movement
  • People with hypermobility-related concerns or complex presentations

Initial and follow-up appointments

The initial Edenbridge appointment is 50 minutes and makes space for history, assessment, explanation and treatment where appropriate. Follow-up appointments are 40 minutes and review progress before developing the plan. Caterham appointments are 30 minutes and are managed by The Cedars Practice.

Appropriate limitations

Osteopathy and rehabilitation are not suitable for every presentation. Assessment may identify a need for medical review or another form of care. If you are uncertain, ask Jen a short general question before booking.
