About Jen
Jen St Martin, Osteopath, MOst, combines osteopathic assessment and hands-on care with a practical understanding of strength, movement and progressive rehabilitation.

Jen St Martin · Osteopath · MOst
Jen is a GOsC-registered osteopath with a Master’s in Osteopathy and a professional background that has consistently centred on how people move, recover and build capacity.
Her experience includes sports massage therapy, personal training, fitness instruction and remedial therapy. Together, these perspectives support an approach that can include hands-on treatment while keeping strength, confidence and function firmly in view.
Rather than treating rehabilitation as something that begins after treatment ends, Jen links assessment, appropriate care and progressive movement from the start.
Qualification
Professional osteopathic education supporting clinical assessment, reasoning and care.
Registration
Jen is registered with the General Osteopathic Council, the regulator for osteopaths in the United Kingdom.
Movement background
A background in personal training and fitness instruction helps connect clinical care with progressive movement.
Manual therapy
Training in sports massage and remedial therapy contributes to a broad, consent-led treatment approach.
Good care should help you understand your presentation and participate in the plan—not leave you dependent on passive treatment.
Assessment and treatment choices are connected to the function or activity you want to improve.
Loading and exercise are developed according to the individual rather than an assumed timetable.
Jen has a particular clinical interest in hypermobility and complex presentations, including EDS. This is an area of interest, not a claim of specialist status.
