Hypermobility & EDS
Individual support for complex presentations.
Jen has a particular clinical interest in hypermobility and complex presentations, including EDS. Care begins with listening, individual assessment and an appropriately paced plan.
A thoughtful starting point.
Hypermobility can affect people in very different ways. Some people are active and largely symptom-free; others experience pain, fatigue, instability, reduced confidence or a more complex combination of concerns.
Jen has a particular clinical interest in hypermobility and complex presentations, including EDS. She does not present herself as an EDS or hypermobility specialist.
Individual assessment
Your history, current symptoms, movement, capacity and goals are considered without assuming that one strategy fits everyone.
Progressive loading
Where appropriate, rehabilitation can develop strength and tolerance gradually, with the pace adjusted to your response.
Movement confidence
The aim is to make movement feel more understandable and manageable, while respecting variability and limitations.
