I was quite nervous about seeking treatment as I usually find physical therapy and 'hands-on' appointments very uncomfortable and awkward. However, Jen was absolutely brilliant. She is so friendly and down-to-earth that I felt at ease immediately. I went in with shoulder and hand pain/numbness, and not only did she massively improve my symptoms, but she also made the whole process feel safe and relaxed. If you’re hesitant about treatment, Jen is the person to see!
